Only With Discipline Do We Achieve Spiritual Peace
In a world of education like Earth, human beings face countless moral problems. It is precisely in the face of these adversities that a person, as an evolving spirit in possession of a physical body with each experience on this planet, must demonstrate his true value, a value achieved through intense work and persevering effort throughout these multiple existences.
To do so, it is essential for a person to turn to his inner self and seek strength there, in order to fully utilize the different spiritual attributes that he possesses and identify the best solutions to the difficulties that arise. However, to achieve this understanding, it is essential to have maturity, through which one proceeds with greater confidence in the daily struggles for survival by acting with consideration, serenity, moderation, discretion and common sense.
Inner peace is also strengthened in a well-structured home, where understanding, respect and dialogue between its members must prevail. Home is the refuge to which everyone returns after a hard day’s work; it is the necessary shelter to strengthen themselves physically and mentally, and prepare themselves for everyday challenges.
Therefore, to achieve desired spiritual peace, it is essential to adopt a disciplined life. Without discipline, human beings become disorganized, become unproductive, waste time on irrelevant activities, fail to dedicate themselves to the study of spirituality and, consequently, fail to know themselves with transparency and honesty of purpose. This carelessness on the physical plane makes it easier to deviate from the evolutionary paths planned in the planes of spiritual internship to which they belong.
So, turn to spirituality. There are no exact formulas to solve every existential problem faced in this world, but there are concepts and principles that guide a balanced and harmonious life. Luiz de Mattos brought them together in the book entitled Christian Rationalism, which contains these guidelines in the text, fundamental for material progress and spiritual growth.
Thus, study Christian Rationalist philosophy thoughtfully, lead a disciplined life and, above all, take care of your thoughts. Having negative thoughts when faced with adversity, such as fear of facing it, only intensifies the problems and compromises the serenity needed to make the right decisions and resolve them satisfactorily.
Therefore, always think before acting, because the world imposes setbacks and disagreements on everyone, and it is not sensible to have heated discussions or physical fights, as this does not lead to satisfactory solutions.
Hence, we reiterate: reflect on events and use the Christian Rationalist principles that best fit the events you experience, because you will certainly find the best way to resolve each problem that life presents.
