Know How to Use Reasoning to Avoid Suffering
Lack of reasoning causes great suffering, as can be seen in the horrors of war. How much human pain could be avoided with the proper use of reasoning, constructive dialogue, and love for others! Christian Rationalist philosophy guides its followers to consciously use this spiritual attribute, so as not to suffer, not even over trivial things. Often, the suffering that people go through is the result of the inadequate use of free will, since they do not apply reasoning lucidly when making decisions in everyday life.
It is essential to think, reflect, and ask yourself whether the answer to a given problem is, in fact, consistent with the context and pertinent to the effective solution of the issue. Success in overcoming existential challenges depends on the way each person reasons about their own life. If there were a greater understanding of this spiritual truth, human suffering would be considerably less.
Christian Rationalism, without any pretense of presenting itself as the best philosophy of life, aims to transmit teachings that facilitate daily living. Often, psychological instability results from the inability of human beings to live in conformity with existential reality, as it presents itself.
Christian Rationalist philosophy also guides human beings to live objectively. When reflecting on their failures, they will realize that their lack of success results from their lack of willingness to face facts with lucidity of reasoning, firmness, and decision. Why distance themselves from this reality, feeding fantasies, if these have no concrete existence? It is essential that people, when discarding fictitious divine entities, trust in their own potential to solve their own problems.
At the World Headquarters and in other Christian Rationalist houses worldwide, we do not feed illusions, nor do we seek to please people with misleading words about the reality of life.
We limit ourselves to exposing the truth about it, devoid of any intention of convincing anyone.
We fully respect the free will of human beings. To those attending public meetings in person and to those taking part in those held remotely, we offer guidance that we consider essential for practicing a spirituality focused on goodness — individual, family, and collective goodness. This is the commitment we have made: to spread and practice Christian Rationalism in Christian Rationalist houses with honesty, clarity, objectivity, and above all, with deep love for humanity.
Therefore, we encourage everyone to thoughtfully study the book Christian Rationalism in its most recent edition, as they will understand its true essence, which is spiritual.
The purpose of Christian Rationalist philosophy is to promote people’s spiritual autonomy, so that they do not depend on anything or anyone to successfully resolve their existential problems.
This is our suggestion for people who want to live with physical health and mental balance.
