Be Prepared Because the Evolutionary Road Is Not Always Straight and Smooth
The human being, as a spirit in possession of a physical body in the world of schooling Earth, as Christian Rationalism qualifies the planet, has a high responsibility not only with his own evolution, but also with the evolution of humanity itself, here considered as a whole following the path of material progress and spiritual growth.
Men and women are social beings and interact intensely in all areas of life. In these physical, psychic, familial and professional interactions, among many others, difficulties, setbacks and emotional upheavals arise that only aim to provide some learning to the human race, awakening it to something that has been forgotten in its evolutionary path in its current existence.
For this reason, we always affirm that it is the human being himself who is responsible for his sufferings most of the time, except for those that escape his control, such as wars, public calamities, pandemics and geological cataclysms. We know that our affirmation can sound very harsh in the soul of someone who is going through some suffering, provoking questions like: “Do I deserve so much suffering because of my mistakes?” For those who have this doubt, we also say that the answer will certainly be wrong, as are usually wrong the solutions to the transcendent problems of life on the part of those who do not know spirituality.
The person who has gone through suffering resulting from a mistake made by someone else is also wrong by saying that from now on he will be more selfish — first him, then others —, because the difficulties that arise in the lives of human beings, whatever they may be, serve to transform them into better people by exchanging an individualistic feeling for a focus on the good of the community.
So, in a symbolic way, understand the life of human beings and the evolutionary process in which they are inserted as a long road through which, slowly and progressively, everyone walks towards the objectives that they planned in their respective spiritual planes of evolutionary stages, drawing on the material resources made available in the already mentioned world of schooling, Earth.
In this metaphorical context, people who started to walk the evolutionary road first are further ahead, very close to their goals, while others walk still far from the point of arrival, because they started walking along it later. Along the way, there are sunny days and moonlit nights, there are stretches full of fragrant flowers and singing birds, as well as long, arid distances, very cold and big storms.
Still allegorically, we can say that the evolutionary road is not always straight and smooth, as many stones and bifurcations appear from time to time. Passers-by who stumble over them or take these tortuous paths delay their journey and experience difficulties. Therefore, when a person chooses a stony path full of trails, he certainly makes mistakes that cause suffering, while the preference for the straight and smooth path facilitates pleasant evolutionary successes.
Only spiritual enlightenment enables human beings to take the best path for their evolutionary growth, as they learn to deal with evolutionary laws, feel the power of well-vibrated thought, know the importance of discipline in living and the benefits of doing good under any circumstance.
Therefore, study the spirituality defended by Christian Rationalism in its concepts and principles, evaluate what the school of life reveals in moments of self-reflection, seek in the subconscious the values already conquered in previous experiences and, certainly, you will choose the best evolutionary path when putting this knowledge, these virtues into practice on a daily basis.
