Human beings are endowed with free will. This spiritual faculty is guided by reasoning, a very important spiritual attribute, because the more reasoning is improved, the greater the ability to analyze and make decisions about the problems that everyone goes through, in order to be resolved well.

However, to put personal deliberations into practice, it is necessary that free will be controlled by the will, another spiritual attribute that is also very important to be used in everyday life, because it moves human aspirations and achievements. Therefore, the more lucid the reasoning and the greater the willpower, the better the correct and safe use of free will will be.

It is always heard that free will gives people full freedom of action, both for good and for evil. However, even though this spiritual faculty is a human right, the use of free will is not totally complete as many people think, because it is subordinated to the existing relationship norms in organized societies.

Therefore, the freedom conferred by free will is relative and limited to the practice of goodness. When it is turned towards evil, the agent suffers the consequences of his actions, either before the substantive laws of the physical plane, or before the evolutionary laws in the astral plane. For this reason, it is worth doing good, and everyone who is committed to improving themselves and helping others to solve their problems does good, but, always obedient to the existing norms of social life.

This conviviality occurs in several instances in this world. We first highlight the family as the most important social nucleus in the evolutionary process of humanity, since well-established societies are based on the family.

The family group is home to people with different levels of spiritual advancement who interact daily in a very intimate way, all linked by very strong affective ties, where the character of each one is strengthened in the daily struggles aimed at physical survival and spiritual growth.

Therefore, respect, understanding, tolerance and harmony must prevail in the family environment. Unfortunately, what is observed nowadays are homes where discord, misunderstanding, disrespect and even physical violence prevail, leaving deep psychic marks on one or more of its members and the great tendency for them to join the world of delinquency due to this bad coexistence, all due to lack of spiritual enlightenment. Happy are the people who, even in these fluidly dense environments, manage to be better than those who only give them bad examples from an early age.

The second relevant social instance is the workplace, where human beings spend a great part of their lives, regardless of whether they are male or female. The interaction between workers is more complex nowadays, in view of the different degrees of spiritual evolution that everyone has and the greater breadth and complexity of the hierarchical levels of command and obedience created by the materialist logic of positive results for established goals.

This existing organizational culture in the public service and in the private sector generates satisfaction to the participants in the work they perform when it is based on spiritualist criteria, or dissatisfaction, if there is exclusive materialistic interest in the form of exaggerated demands for objectives, excessive hours of work, unfair performance evaluations and many other motivating agents of psychosomatic disturbances.

The third social instance that stands out is broader, as people interact in the most varied environments, such as public transport, services, commercial activities, different forms of leisure, among many others.

Consequently, resilience is the watchword to be used in diverse human relationships. It is important to have the ability to resist the more or less dense fluidic influences of the environments that the person may frequent, not letting oneself be carried away by the inappropriate behavior of others, but, on the contrary, behaving with moderation, consideration, justice and courage towards others by following the norms of civility compatible with harmonious, peaceful and respectful coexistence.

Therefore, the spiritual enlightenment provided by Christian Rationalism is fundamental, so that everyone understands the importance of evolutionary laws, the power of well-vibrated thought, the proper use of attributes and spiritual faculties, especially that of free will, and realize the inner strength they possess and can be used in the difficult moments of life. So, there is nothing better than studying the Christian Rationalist philosophy, to take advantage of existence and contribute to the formation of a more tolerant, understanding and supportive world.
